By accessing or using Promotron ("the Service"), operated at promotron.art-proto.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Promotron is an AI-powered video marketing platform that helps users generate, manage, and publish short-form video content to social media platforms including YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to update it as necessary. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Social Media Integration
The Service connects to third-party social media platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram) via their official APIs. By connecting your social media accounts, you authorize Promotron to publish content on your behalf. You may revoke access at any time through the Service settings or through the respective platform's settings.
5. Content and Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of all content you create or upload through the Service. AI-generated content created through the Service is provided for your use in accordance with applicable laws. You are responsible for ensuring that content published through the Service complies with the terms of each social media platform.
6. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Publish misleading, harmful, or illegal content
- Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
- Use the Service for spam or bulk unsolicited messaging
7. Payment and Subscriptions
Certain features require a paid subscription. Payments are processed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Promotron shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or social media account access.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the Service settings.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
