Promotron ("we", "our", "the Service"), operated at promotron.art-proto.com, respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use our platform.

Account Information
When you register, we collect your email address and password (stored in hashed form).
Social Media Data
When you connect social media accounts (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram), we receive and store:
- OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens (encrypted with AES-256)
- Platform user ID and username
- Basic profile information provided by the platform
We do not access your private messages, contacts, or personal content beyond what is necessary for publishing on your behalf.
Content Data
Videos generated through the Service, content plans, and publication history are stored to provide the Service functionality.
Usage Data
We may collect basic usage analytics such as page views, feature usage, and error logs to improve the Service.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and maintain the Service
- To publish content to your connected social media accounts on your behalf
- To collect analytics from your published content (views, likes, comments)
- To process payments through Stripe
- To communicate with you about your account or the Service
4. Data Storage and Security
Social media tokens are encrypted using AES-256 before storage. All data is stored on secure servers. We use HTTPS for all communications. Database access is restricted and monitored.
5. Third-Party Services
We integrate with the following third-party services:
- YouTube (Google) — for video publishing and analytics via YouTube Data API v3
- TikTok — for video publishing and analytics via TikTok Open API
- Instagram (Meta) — for video publishing via Instagram Graph API
- Stripe — for payment processing
- Cloudflare R2 — for video file storage
Each third-party service has its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their marketing purposes. Data is only shared with third-party services as described above to provide the Service functionality.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction or deletion of your data
- Disconnect social media accounts at any time
- Delete your account and all associated data
- Export your data
8. Token Revocation
You can revoke Promotron's access to your social media accounts at any time by:
- Disconnecting the account in Promotron settings
- Revoking access through the respective platform's security settings
Upon disconnection, stored tokens are permanently deleted from our systems.
9. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, all personal data, tokens, and generated content are permanently removed within 30 days.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service.
